PremuimOtt offers refunds for Digital Products/Services under certain conditions. However, we strongly recommend taking advantage of a trial before making a purchase. PremuimOtt provides refunds ONLY under the following conditions:

We will provide a full refund only for purchases made within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no full refunds will be processed.
All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the period of subscription usage IF an issue from our end could not be resolved within 72 hours. The PremuimOtt support team will contact users in all refund cases.

We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:


The customer didn’t like the channel list.
The customer found another service.
The customer refuses to apply the solutions we provide in case of issues.


How long does it take to receive a refund?

If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically processed, and funds are returned to the customer’s debit card within 20 to 31 business days.
However, there may be cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider; we are simply the IPTV service provider.

Each refund typically takes 20 to 90 business days to become effective, and we do not have the power to shorten this period. Our payment processors will handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund users as soon as we receive the request and verify user information.



If some channels experience interruptions, slowdowns, or occasional non-functioning:
While most of our servers are stable, some channels may experience interruptions or occasional non-functionality for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our expert engineers are constantly working to resolve them.


Most of the time, these issues are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:


Fluctuations in the client’s internet connection.
Issues with the client’s set-top box/application/general configuration.
Issues with the client’s ISP.
Channel interruption from our server.
Customer changing their mind and wanting to unsubscribe/switch servers.
Updates/restarts on our server-side (necessary for weekly performance).
In the event that the user/customer cannot watch their IPTV subscription for 72 hours or more due to a server issue or any other issue caused by us or on our part, we will provide a full refund for the package price or add any lost time to your subscription for free, along with an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
